Terms of Service

LowKeyCodes is a service operated by TRIGUB TECHNOLOGIES OÜ. It is used to create QR-code trails with place and time checks, unlock campaign content, and give campaign administrators activity visibility.

The LowKeyCodes public scan pages are intended to be used from a compatible device, usually a phone. Some features rely on device capabilities such as geolocation. If those capabilities are unavailable, the experience may be limited.

Unlocked content depends on campaign rules configured for each QR code, including code identity, allowed location, and any active time windows. A scan may therefore fail to unlock content when those conditions are not met.

Administrators are responsible for the campaigns they configure in LowKeyCodes, including uploaded content, QR placements, reward mechanics, and compliance with laws that apply to their business or event.

Administrators must protect access to their accounts and use only authentication methods supported by LowKeyCodes, currently including Supabase OAuth where enabled.

Some admin features may require a paid subscription. In those cases, LowKeyCodes relies on Stripe to create checkout sessions, provide customer billing portal access, manage trials, and receive subscription status through webhooks.

Pricing, billing cadence, and trial terms shown during the Stripe checkout flow form part of the commercial terms for the affected admin account.

We may update LowKeyCodes, fix bugs, change public flows, adjust admin features, or modify technical integrations when needed to operate the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every public scan will succeed, especially when device hardware, network connectivity, location access, or third-party services affect the flow.

• Using LowKeyCodes to publish illegal, misleading, or rights-infringing content.
• Trying to bypass location checks, time checks, or admin access controls.
• Disrupting the service, automating abusive requests, or interfering with other users' campaigns.

To the extent permitted by law, LowKeyCodes is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, outages caused by third-party services, or issues arising from hardware, networks, or configurations outside our control.
